The Decision of the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan Regarding Bahria Town Karachi
Supreme Court of Pakistan has allowed Bahria Town to continue and complete the projects in the larger interest of public at large. Bahria Town is allowed to collect payments/dues from all Allottees / investors so that construction work can be completed in letter & spirit. The hearing of the case is adjourned after summer vacations.
Furthermore, Bahria Town has been ordered to deposit Rs. 5 Billion as surety/guarantee within two weeks before the Supreme Court and 20% from the total amounts collected every month shall also be deposited before the specified account of Registrar of Supreme Court.

What is the status of residential plots as i have a plot in precint 27 and all the instalment is paid and complete, when you guys will start hand overing the possessions?
I have made full payment towards 500 yrd plot in Precinct 9. last and final installment paid on march 2018. When will I get the position? I want to built a house for my self as soon as possible. Also i need to know if bahria town developer can provide services to construct a house?

Hi, I have been told that Bahria sports city villas will be delivered earlier this year. Bahria Town did several marketing campaigns to show Bahria sports city villas will be delivered early 2018.
I visited my villa to days where still it is under construction. So may I know when my villa which is located on street 45, road 17, villa no 16 will be delivered?
Secondly, on my visit I saw on first floor pigeons cage, Motor bikes and several rooms used as store, also few people are leaving. Is this normal as I don’t think we should allow these thing. Kindly advise as I was very disappointed.

What is the progress at and around P-45?
I have not received any official notification from Bahria with regards to resuming making plot payments. I am holding back payment from June as there is still no final decision from Supreme Court. The above is only an interim decision. Plots are already losing value by 15-20 lacs in open market. In fact no one wants to buy plots in Sports City now.
Bahria should offer a reduction in the payment plans amounts to reflect the new low values of Bahria properties.
From where I can get the copy of the judgement/order???
Please exempt/wave surcharge due to late specially on overseas scheme, sepcially people who have been returned back to Pakistan.
