Bahria Town Karachi’s on-site briefing was done by Ali Riaz Malik (CEO – Bahria Town) and Shahid Qureshi (Director Sales – Bahria Town) on 10th April, 2014. This briefing was the follow up meeting after they met Realtors at Bahria Town Icon office on 9th April 2014.
The entire work force who joined Bahria Town Karachi office to developed BTK was also present during the briefing. Ali Riaz Malik emphasized on working strategy and forced his entire team to focus only on Work, Work and only Work.

He also mention that for the last 19 years whatever they delivered in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Lahore they will deliver that in Karachi only in four years. They claim that they will make new Karachi and developed it in a modern pattern. Further Shahid Qureshi also give commitment to complete the development work within time and will definitely deliver in four years time. Insha’Allah!

Well done. Keep up Good work. I will suggest to start developing with some good monument at the entrance of BTK. It will make things visible.
I think people will start pull out from this project very soon and will try liquidate their money. As it is more than 35 min drive from city whatsoever flyovers they make or rapid transit ways will not help this kind of flop projects.
you may have noticed it already or not at first the plot prices were on the rise now its low like 125 sq. plot was 295000 initially now its 205000
All the management and other staffs of Bahria Town Overseas blocks are bull shit and group of stupid people,,,,,, I paid the token money for Bahria Town Homes (overseas Block) on 10th March…. till now I didn’t receive not a single document / or any confirmation receipt … I am still in a doubt that where is my bank draft of 4,900 USD goes??? even I call 10000 times but no one answer and no one bother to reply….worst n worst comes when my friend visited the office and gave me a call to talk they replied that we are not allow to talk on phone…. what this all bull shit….

I agreed with you that they are not yet professional in receiving calls and others.
I think patience will work here. Overseas people received official notification from BT and first payment has to be done by Jun 10 and from then onwards.
BTW, we should be patience it is 4 years minimum payment plan and then only people will get their plots and others.
I am not worried that like they will take yours 5000 usd and run away as we have proof of the bank drafts and they acknowledged it in the papers they send home.
Yes I agreed their customer needs to improve a lot.
They are getting money from old alloties and making new blocks and giving possession to new people’s at new rates. Malik sahib ak ghareab ke baddua ke mar ho ap. Ap hum ko pagil bana sakty ho Allah ko nahe. Masjid banana ache bawt par neyat theak karna ziada zaroori hay, warna ap ka hall be badshae masjid banany walon jasa he ho ga.
I am worried that prices are down now and when it will come up as we are loosing too much
