The entire BTK affair seems to be a humbug. The regular update on on-money and prices of various precincts seems fictitious. When now I am trying to sell some plots i am not getting any buyers at all and one buyer submitted an extremely low price.
This all seems to be a racket created by Bahria Town in collusion with agents like you. Now that 15 out of 16 installments have been paid and BTK does not see any more money coming in, the buyers have vanished.
