Well that’s the nature of typical Bahria. I have invested in January 2014 in three fully paid apartments in Islamabad. To this day they remain incomplete and no news of possession despite writing to Bahria on numerous occasions. They do not have the decency to even reply.
I invested in 3 land in Bahria Town Karachi. All paid. But notting delivered. The do not even answer the call or email. Only option is to file a case collectively. We need to also start an awarness compain in Pakistan and outside to inform others.
Yes it’s true nothing delivery from Bahria Town Karachi I have also visited lot of time Bahria Town Lahore and discussed all seniors official have bureaucrats speach and whenever we call helpline as usually the attendance always speach when e have balloting then results show but still nothing happened despite paid full intime
Only agent mafia said give us money then they shall get plot numbers
I think middle management totally involved with agent mafia to entertain them and get obligations
