You are real cheat
Till now their is no balloting in old plots and payments are almost finished
You only cheat real buyers you are only selling files and good location plots to your agents

They had several ballots upto 33 prevents in last 3 years
Please compare the open files holders with balloted percinct, most of the people paid whole installment.
Yet there is no plot #,when they will give possessions nobody knows
Only bahria town and property agent taking expanding business from money of common man,

Transparency is missing in Bharia town karachi projects. The complete system is based on thousands of booking via a simple booking refrence number. No allotments of plots. I am myself victim of this booking loop. Please think 10 times before making a deposit or continuing your payments without allocation of plot number. I am not saying that this a fraud scheme. But you have to be carefull with what you are doing with your hard earned money. Please deal through the real estate dealer and a lawyer and make or continue payments ONLY when you have a plot number allocation assigned. Other wise you will waiting with years of delay in securing your plot. Because you will never know if it exists or not. MR.Malik Riaz is very well aware of this dubious business practice at Bharia town. He is the master in creating the mega schemes where innocent people contribute to his developments on his projects and wait for years to get hold of their property. Be wise. Do not fall into this trap. Better yet make one lump sump payment via lawyer to get possession of you plot or apartment or house.
Malik Riaz is doing an excellent job as he is building millions of acres lands of Pakistan which is barren and jungle.
Moreover, he is investing all his money in this great country and bringing foreign money into this great country which is the greatest contribution. I m fan of Malik Riaz and pray to God Almighty for his health and long live for the prosperity of this great country
What is the difference between Malik Riaz and other Builder, Developer, housing and society owner / holder is very simple other take money and output is zero or –VE lost your money did not found plots. In Bahria Town they not only provide plots to you they also develop the society on a world class standard. Before starting of Baharia Town Karachi, Karachi property market going toward declining people haven’t any trust on societies builders and developers that’s why at that time most of them property prices are going below such as 4 Lakh plot going to 1.5 to 2 Lakh but after launching the BTK with in a years these property’s boost up his rates such as 2 > 3 >5 >6 >10 >12 > 14 > 18—— also with in a city apartments and flats rates goes to high from 15 > 18 > 22 > 28 > 35 > —– 72 Lakh. then all things has got a CPEC TARKAA. advstr2017@gmail.com
very rightly pointed out. i am also victim of this dubious ballotting.still not allotted plot number in bahria paradise where you have to pay heavy instalment. also in my family, there are people who have now paid 15 instalments in bahriatown khi residential plots and not yet allotted any plot number.sorry state of affairs with people like us who are trapped once and will remain trapped for a very long time
