These are the own amount which comes in the market. And this amount is excluded from the actual amount of the property.
The actual quaid villa was for 7200000/= and now its own comes around 60 to 65 lacs.

dear i have one 500 yard balloted plot in bahria golf city karachi, all dues and installments are clear, i bought that plot in sept 2014 with 2.5 lakhs own and now want to sale it but when i try to sale in the market the travel agent says the value of plot is in minus 5 hundred thousand, keeping this in mind currently i m loosing around 9 lakhs rupees. this is a big loss for me. i invested the money because bahria has very big reputable name in pakistan but they way me and my many friends lost the money in your biggest mega project of pakistan raised many questions on your credibility. it is requested please solve my issue other wise i will never recommend any one to buy property in bahria. please save your big name
Try to consult some proper agent dealing in btk. Your agent is trying to mislead you.
Bahria all fraud. No fair balloting. All good location plot given to their partener and property aegent on higher price. Common persons suffering.

The second balloting is going to happen on 14 August for those who are completely updated in their instalments and i think your one installment is still pending. And in this balloting they will not cater all and for the remaining members they will announce the balloting date after that.
