Step 01: Visit Bahria Town Customer Care Centre

Step 02: Request for Issuance of No Demand Certificate (NDC)
No Demand Certificate (NDC) can only be applied by the Seller. NDC will be prepared in 48 hours (Working Days). Photocopy of the current CNIC of the Seller should be attached with the NDC issuance request. No Demand Certificate (NDC) is only valid for 15 days.
- NDC Charges (Normal): Free
- NDC Charges (Same Day): PKR 5,000/-
No Demand Certificate (NDC) will highlight the exact transfer fee and any other pending dues against the property.
Step 03: Presence of Buyer and Seller
During the Transfer, Physical presence of the Seller is MUST while the Buyer can authorize someone else as his representative with a valid Authority Letter on a Stamp Paper (Rs. 20). Attach the valid CNIC copy along with the passport size photographs of the Buyer and Authorized Representative with the Authority Letter.
In case of Overseas Buyer, the Authority Letter can be prepared on plain paper and verified by respective Pakistan Embassy.
Step 04: Submit Transfer Fee

Step 05: Fill Application Form for Transfer of Registration
You have to fill out the application form for Transfer of Registration. Attach the original customer copy of Booking Form and valid No Demand Certificate (NDC).
Original and photocopies of CNIC of Seller, Buyer and Nominees are required. Current passport size photographs of Seller and Buyer are also required. Attach the original deposit slip of transfer fee deposited in NIB Bank as mentioned in Step 04.
Step 06: Get ‘Transfer of Registration’ Title Document
After completing all the above steps, Bahria Town will transfer the said property in your name with all rights, deposits and liabilities, on existing terms and condition and those which may be enforced in future by the Bahria Town or any authority competent to do so.
Currently, this transfer is for registration only, Plot/Home/Apartment number will be allotted in due course of time.
Any discrepancy in paper or payments of dues, installments and additional charges etc, subsequently notices by the Bahria Town Karachi administration shall be made good by the transferee or his/her heirs.
