Deadline for the 1st Installment of ‘Bahria Sports City Karachi’ is 15th June 2016
Bahria Sports City Karachi provides a healthy and active life style for its members. Bahria Town have already signed an agreement with GMP of Germany to build the largest cricket stadium of the country. Bahria Town is proud to announce that they have started giving possession of Ali Block, Quaid Block, Precinct-1 and Midway Commercial ahead of schedule. Moreover, ground breaking ceremony of Asia’s biggest Dancing Fountains has also been done.
The deadline for the 1st installment of Bahria Town Karachi-Sports City is 15th June 2016. Installment should be made on time through any branch of the nominated bank (UBL) or through Pay Order/Demand Draft that can be deposited at Bahria Town offices.
Date for allotment of plot numbers will be announced after submission of first installment. Plot numbers will be allotted to those members who have submitted their installments regularly within the stipulated time. Do remember that timely payment of installments ensures fast paced development and efficient delivery of your property.

I am watching this since about almost a year or more each time i call or come to buy Apparently they been sold out,yet they provide other property state Agents Name and numbers,who are selling for unknown owner’s and they ask prices way too much as been offered in the beginning easily more then 25 to 30,lakhs Rs.I spoke to some one at CLIFTON area office he personally told me we have to pay 9 or 10 Installments in ADVANCE, even if i am buying NOW,they do not give this choice to start paying now As Advertised.
