Do Bahriya provide lease for their property ? I have heard that they do not. All areas in Pakistan are either lease-hold or free-hold. In lease-hold a 99 year lease is issued from Govt and then renewed for another 99 years after expiry. Bahriya doesnot provide such lease hence banks are reluctant to mortgage Bahriya. Please answer.
