Mr. Ram Lal is right, prices of plots are already much more for such a remote location where no one would like to shift. Bahria Town Karachi should return 50% money of each plot/ house/flat/shop Investors as an incentive which will attract other buyers and consequently BTK will be populated within short time.
Facilities BTK is providing is not available in any part of Pakistan. Even in DHA Karachi we have extremely bad road conditions, almost no water , no security.
Many people will move to BTK sooner or later
