There is no precident 33 in map ???
Bahria Town Karachi seems rubbish to me. My plot in balloting is in Precint 33, which is not even in the map.. Isn’t it strange?
This is all the game being played by Bahria management and real estate dealers, using innocent investor’s money.
I also paid properly 10 installments and got plot in precinct 33 even it looks cheaper then un blotted file, i believe they distributed internationally under the table
If precinct 33 was not on map when BT advertised for plots then its illegal to alot plots there as its fraud to show solething else and sell something else. All precinct 33 allotees to join hands and go to court.1

I got in precint 31 of my BTK Homes 200 sq yards which is very far away to maingate… Means rubbish they sold .. I already paid all installment… Current market value is very low after balot..

They are actually giving benefits to their blue-eyed dealers.

They are actually giving benefits to their blue-eyed dealers.
The very first map at the time of launch in 2014 showed 500 sq.yards plot at the beginning of the project. How come now they have located the 500 category at far back of this project. Strange… We should get the 500 either at the start or center of the project instead of precinct 33 which doesn’t even exist. Going to court is a very difficult option. We should rather complain at the Bahria office and similar forums. Court should be the last option…
Does anybody have here have idea when they are announcing the map for precinct 33 and others???

I think precinct 33 should be right behind the 32. Still don’t know about the map but if you go and visit precinct 31 & 32 you will notice the massive construction is going on right behind precinct 32. Just go there and ask from any on site engineer during working hours, they are very cooperative and will help you out to find out your precinct and plot/villa location.
