According to my calculation:
10000(initial deposit) + 350000(token) = 360000
4650000(total plot amount) – 360000(total deposit amount) = 4290000
4290000(total remaining amount) – 150000(discount) = 4140000/16 = 258750
According to my calculation:
10000(initial deposit) + 350000(token) = 360000
4650000(total plot amount) – 360000(total deposit amount) = 4290000
4290000(total remaining amount) – 135000(discount) = 4155000/16 = 259687.50 (PKR) per installment
