Bahria Town Karachi Balloting for the allotment of Residential Plots, Commercial Plots, Bahria Homes, Bahria Apartments is scheduled to be held on 23 March 2014 at the site location of Bahria Town Karachi, Super Highway from 3:00pm onwards. Transfer of Bahria Town Karachi files is scheduled to be start from 24th March, 2014. Results of Balloting will be published on Bahria Town offices and website.

I am very much interested to invest in bharia town KARACHI, my concern is its authenticity, how secure is it to invest in Bharia town from KABZA MAFIA point of view, Is it as secure as investing in DHA?Can some one share their past experience or any recommendation some one can provide me to invest in Bharia town?,

I fully agree, about what you said about KABZA Mafia specially in Larachi because people are supported by Politically, But as far Bahria Town Management they are highly influance people, I don’t think you should be worry about Kabza Mafia. Other surrounding area for that I don’t think any one will be able to comments, as every one knows Karachi Sitution

Everyone’s a Hero in bahria balloting (so called) :).. Provide your Application number (it is on top left of the booking form that you’d submitted) along with your CNIC. Many people are making mistake of putting Registration number instead of Application number…

What is the ‘Application Number’ for those who submitted downloaded forms from website?? Banks were accepting those downloaded forms without the pre-printed Application number.

The ones that applied from overseas had dpwnloaded the forms from web site. We don’t have application #s. How could we check.

Can anyone tell me what are the latest prices for plots 125yds, 250yds and homes 125yds and 250yds. I have heard that prices are coming down significantly after this 100% success ratio balloting
This message means you are either not successful in balloting or the data provided is incorrect……. “No record found. Please provide valid Registration Number and CNIC”). Those who applied on downloaded forms or submitted their documents in banks are facing problems in confirmation of their results. Please remember there was no balloting for Overseas Block as they were given confirm bookings.
As next step, please visit your nearest Bahria Town Office physically to reconfirm the balloting status as there could be some error in your case. If unsuccessful status is reconfirmed then you should get “Refund Form” from Bahria Office, fill it and submit for refund which will be given to you within three months as promised by Bahria Town. Good Luck)
Successful applicants will receive an Intimation Letter on their given postal address within approximately one month which will also spell out complete schedule of payments including due date of first installment which is expected in two or three months.

I wonder that did I made a right decision or not …. as I paid the payment for the booking of Overseas Block (Bahria Town Homes) and now more than 2 months I didn’t received any papers , any receipt or any confirmation

Same goes here! I applied for commercial plot but still no confirmation yet. Even no one is bothering to attend calls. BT Management should interfere and resolve these isssues.
Their is a counter at Bahria town take your original document of plot ], NIC and check from the Bahria town. check directly with the located office of overseas .

What is the process of refund of Bahria Town Karachi unsuccessful candidates? When will Bahria Town start refunding? Poor communication and poor response. Can anybody update?
No response for refund till yet.
Their is a counter at bahria town take your original document of plot ], NIC and get back the check from the Bahria town. you have to filled the refund form and cancellation of plot .

Sir, the best way you should visit yourself or give authority to get the information. But normally Bahria never share the information of any customer unless nominee or allotte contact himself.
