Bahria Town Karachi 100% Refund Procedure – Complete Guide


Bahria Town Karachi has announced its new refund policy for all non-possession file holders of Bahria Town Karachi. The affectees of Bahria Town Karachi will be able to get 100% refund of their paid amount after submitting application for refund and surrendering their file.

The refund policy applies to all precincts of Bahria Paradise, Bahria Sports City, and other non-possession precincts including old BTK Precincts and Valley Block. The refund policy will also be applicable with immediate effect to all blocked/cancelled files.

Document Submission:

After you apply through Bahria Town Karachi Refund Application Portal, you will be intimated of the date when you have to come to Bahria Town Karachi Office in person with all original documents for refund submission.

No Walk-in Customers will be entertained for refund.

Overseas Customers:

Overseas Customers can also apply for the refund of their amount by using the “Power of Attorney” option. To get a sample of Bahria Town Karachi Power of Attorney, kindly get in touch on WhatsApp.

Don’t Want To Take Refund?

Bahria Town Karachi 100% Refund Policy is announced only for those customers who want to take the 100% Refund of their amount. If you don’t want to take refund, it is not compulsory. Bahria Town Karachi will deliver you the respective properties (As per their future policy).

      I request all the btk effecties to united and serve legel notice against bahria town karachi mangement as they have blocked our funds for the last 5 and 6 years and now declare our plot disputed and non posession pls be united and. Dont apply for refund but jiontly served legal notice in supreum court of pakistan that as per their plot alotments and registration form bkt authotites is bond todeliver possion of the said plots and immedialy start development in these effected precents if btk fail to deliver us then they must refund our paid amount as per present market value pls jion me on watups and face book to inform all the effecies to take jiont action against btk watup no 03109540198 pls note that dealer comunity is not in our faver we wil jiontly strugle for our case

They are making all local Pakistanis & Overseas Pakistanis fool to keep wasting our time by digging on website which is frozen and not working!!       Once your cousin gets the original docs and power of authority, It is supposed to get the visit of bahria head office and complete the surrender policy.

      Yes you are right, many other clients are either facing this issue of submitting their files over bahria official web “refund portal”, which is of course not good.

    I was submitted all my original documents on 18th Dec 2019 and was been told that I will get cheque at my home in 4 to 5 weeks but till today hadn’t received any cheque or any response back either is there anyone received any refund cheques or I am the only one missing these

    Will the Bahria Management guide what are their plans and further how much time they would take for the refunds its already FIVE Months.

    i dont know about your case,i want to share my details i submit my case in november 2019 and now its 07 july 2020 i paid around 38lakhs still bahria headoffice saying yeah babe we are working on it.
    bahria and state agents earning hell of money from public.
