The city of Karachi, which is bigger than 70 countries of the world, is also the largest city of Pakistan. It is the third largest city of the world as far as its population goes. Also known as the City of Lights, Karachi is a major revenue generating city of Pakistan.

As for the other project which is Bahria Town Karachi, people remain positive that because of its solid reputation it will deliver the projects within the given time frame as it has happened in the past in Lahore and Islamabad.

Now many hopes are depending on the coming strategy of Bahria Town Karachi and people are waiting for official launch of its project which will provide them with location and other details. I think that the identification of location and release of other related information will definitely enhance the confidence of investors.

Bahria Town Karachi also provides an opportunity to the realtors, and almost every realtor is thoroughly engaged and ready to execute transactions. The money on registration slips at this early stage has already rewarded the stake holders and new comers. The increasing investor interest is a great welcome to Bahria Town by the population of Karachi.
