‘Bahria Town’, a New Addition in Karachi’s Real Estate Sector

Bahria Town Karachi

The city of Karachi, which is bigger than 70 countries of the world, is also the largest city of Pakistan. It is the third largest city of the world as far as its population goes. Also known as the City of Lights, Karachi is a major revenue generating city of Pakistan.

There are many different localities and a number of different housing societies to accommodate all types of housing standards from old city areas in the posh vicinity of Defence Housing Authority. It has many areas and localities like Defence, Clifton, PECHS, SMCHS, Bahadurabad, Sharfabad, many other societies in the same vicinity, KDA Scheme no1, Gulshan, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, North Karachi, Surjani town, Saadi town, Saadi garden, Gulsha-e-Maymar, Scheme 33, Scheme 42, Scheme 45, Nazimabad, North Nazimabad, and many old city areas, Saddar, Kharadar, Le market, and many others uncountable areas and localities exist in this metropolitan.

Almost every language of Pakistan is spoken here, since the residents hail from every part of the country. Karachi, being the largest city in terms of population, has an extra advantage in the stability of the real estate market. The only drawback is the poor law and order situation, which we hope, that with time it will get better (Insha’Allah).

Bahria Town Karachi

As mentioned earlier, many housing societies already exist in the city but there is another addition in the form of Bahria Town. Bahria Town, the largest private real estate developer, officially introduced their latest development in Karachi and instantaneously engaged their clients in the registration process. It is new terminology in the field of real estate sector of Pakistan, as this time Bahria Town introduces Clients Registration Process (CRP) for the largest campaign ever launched in the real estate sector of Pakistan. Almost every major TV channel and newspaper is full of Bahria Town’s advertisements which are appealing not only to the Karachities to investors from all over the country. Many overseas citizens are seen to be taking an interest and registering for Bahia Town Karachi.

Quite interestingly a huge number of people registered themselves as members, without knowing the exact location of the project. The reason behind this trust is the reputation which the group enjoys across almost all cities of Pakistan. Adding to that is the quality of construction they provide coupled with the timely delivery and fulfilment of their commitments. The project owns a private power generation plant which provides no load shedding and the gated community delivers a fully secure environment to the residents. With all these high standards the community also offers low cost housing units to the needy persons by scrutinizing them through a certain criteria test.

Another interesting fact is that, even after the closing of CRP, people are ready to buy those registration slips with extra money. Currently slips are being traded at double price, and the prices will escalate further. The presence of Bahria Town in Karachi, will give new heights to this metropolitan because of its tallest building of Pakistan, BT Icon. In the coming future this building will become a real Icon of Karachi.

The other appealing factor for the clients is that Bahria Town Icon and Bahria Town Tower have already completed more than 50% of the construction work, and the possession dates are not too far. As for the other project which is Bahria Town Karachi, people remain positive that because of its solid reputation it will deliver the projects within the given time frame as it has happened in the past in Lahore and Islamabad.

Now many hopes are depending on the coming strategy of Bahria Town Karachi and people are waiting for official launch of its project which will provide them with location and other details. I think that the identification of location and release of other related information will definitely enhance the confidence of investors.

Bahria Town Karachi also provides an opportunity to the realtors, and almost every realtor is thoroughly engaged and ready to execute transactions. The money on registration slips at this early stage has already rewarded the stake holders and new comers. The increasing investor interest is a great welcome to Bahria Town by the population of Karachi.
