Assalamo alaikum. What is status of precinct 44 today? We hearing that location of this precinct might be changed. Is this correct?

We have heard a lot of controversies being generated around precincts between 41 to 46 that Bharia may not be allotting them or handing over them to their customers who have been paying their instalments every quarter and there have been no developments done there and there is no access to even see the land and demarcation of land into plots. I have myself visited few times already and it is true that there is no way to access precinct 44 in which I also have a plot whose instalments I have been paying for since 2016.
So it is concerning to hear controversies and I would like Bharia to at least provide access roads to these precinct so that people can go and take a look at the earliest.

I second Khurrams comment, we need a clear detailed response please!!!
If they want to stand out for their reputation, Bahria should clarify the status immediately instead of falsely telling people that there is no issue. Common supreme court has passed a verdict. There is no prescinct 41 till 45, Sports city. Pls don’t play with people n their emotions!!! Don’t fool with people’s hard earned money please.

What is the update of precint 44 plots… is this area Bahria property after final hearing? We are keep on paying installments but not getting any proper reply from Bahria… they keep saying we are studying details of court hearing… come on how many months you need more???

No one is updating any thing regarding precinct 44 and above.Can any one guide how can I cancel or sell my plots in these precinct.Please any one Allah’s bunda can guide me.
IF ANYBODY HAS INFORMATION ON PRECINCT 40 AT BAHRIA SPORTS CITY. IS IT LEGAL? IS THERE ANY DEV.WORK GOING ON? PLS UPDATE.
I also have plot in precinct 43 and have regularly paid 12 installments so far…..since the supreme Court order, I have been trying to know the answer of many Sports City affectees question i.e. “What is Bahria Town official stance on Precinct 41 to 45 of Sports City” but till date there is NO Clear Stand provided by Bahria Town Authority.
Hence they are making fool out of us and minting money.
Please wake up….let’s stop paying installments…we should take this matter to the Courts ourselves now.
I have a plot in precinct 42 and paid 12 installments and now stops paying any more till clearance or adjustment in other legal precincts without paying any additional amount.
I would suggest you make a visit to the Bahria Headquarter and confirm directly regarding your options. All I know is that Bahria has made settlements already and did not disclose it on purpose so that people panic and merge their files. Now it is legal again and Bahria will relaunch those areas at higher prices.
