Great Job but I can not understand why the value of plots are going down day by day specially golf city and 125 Sq.yds.

You listen a word COMMAND & CONTROL its perfectly fit on Malik Sahab he has COMMAND on fast development work and CONTROL on the market rates.
Golf City file holders are the ones who have paid almost 30% of the total price already and the development doesn’t match even close to 10%. By Mid next year we would have paid half of the price of ours plots and who knows what the development will look like.
Anyway, this was a dream of a retirement home for me :p and since i am still in my late 20’s it will be ready well before i retire 🙂
To BTK, please make the course ready so we can come play golf once in a blue moon.
